Day 2 ended up being hit and miss. I remembered to leave one bite of my lunch, but not my dinner. I did not work out, just worked late. I did have some grapes and drank lots of water. The best part was walking with my guys after dinner. We walked about a mile and it was the best part of my day. I am going to push hard to keep that ritual going.
This morning I did a walk with a friend and we chatted about everything from furniture to our vision of God. Makes the miles fly by. She also has longer legs than I do so I have to move it to keep up.
Peoples comments are inspiring me to add to my challenge - organize my office, clean out the closet.
"Once you begin working on your problem areas with small daily, success-orientated goals, the problems with disappear." I think my butt is concerned for its welfare!
How would you like to spend the next 100 days of your life? The holidays—and all that comes with them—will be here before we know it. Are there changes you would like to see with your eating, your weight, or your fitness? Would you like to readjust your life balance? This is a great time to take stock and sketch out the steps you want to take. Keep them specific and manageable and you may find that January won’t be about setting new resolutions, but about continuing down the path.

I got some funny looks while starting my new 100 Day Challenge nightly routine, but I'm trying to push through... Going to start a digital daily calendar log of my activity (via my phone, of course) to see how I am progressing. It sure beats sitting on the couch feeding my face with swiss cheese & assorted other junk. I feel much better today, both physically & mentally, knowing that I have a routine to look forward to and accomplish each evening...
